Holly Holidays is a magical, imaginary street in a magical, imaginary town where everything is bright and cheery. The sights and sounds of Christmas adorn every shop and every home. The trees sparkle and shine with lights galore. Snow falls lightly through the air and the scent of fresh flowers and pine remind you of Christmas’ past.
In one particular little home, tucked away at the end of the magical, imaginary town is a little girl named Holly. She’s writing her letter to Santa. “Dear Santa,” she writes, “Can I pwease have a dolly that laughs and cries, and for the world to be alright?”
Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. There’s something so magical about the season. I remember writing letters to Santa, circling what I wanted in the Sears and JCPenney holiday catalogs, and wishing for the world to be alright.
